✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Coloring kits/T-shirts that have already been used or colored cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
• For electronic items (like lamps, night lights, or accessories), please ensure they are charged before first use as per the instructions.

🔁 Return Process

1. Contact us at support@tintloop.in or WhatsApp us at +91-6360982961 with your order ID and issue.
2. Please create a short unboxing video when opening and using the product for the first time. This acts as proof in case of damage or defects.
3. Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address — you don’t need to ship it back yourself.
4. Our logistics partner will collect the product within 2–4 working days.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product and it passes quality checks, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, wallet, etc.).
